Our Fotoba® is an automated cutter, enabling high production turn-around in much less time. With the Fotoba® cutmarks generated by the RIP and the true image edge tracking (Fotoba patent pending) the cutting and trimming is done as we print.

When the job exits the printer, it is cut and trimmed on the Fotoba® and ready for delivery. This creates a more efficient workflow, resulting in higher quality, and lower cost.

The Edward Segal, Inc. Model 2KGW  is a state-of-the-art, fully automatic, grommet and washer attaching machine. The 2KGW is a fully automatic machine that feeds both the grommet and washer, punches the hole in the material and attaches the grommet and washer, all in a single cycle. This machine has been specifically engineered for light to medium duty applications.

The material is placed in the machine and the operator uses a foot pedal to attach grommets and washer to the material on both sides automatically.

Chandler CM8700 is a single needle high-speed lockstitch machine that is used for sewing light to medium weight fabrics at 5,000 spm! It has an automatic lubricator and a reverse sew for stronger stitches.

This machine allows computer files to be inexpensively printed directly onto a polyester backed printing plate for high resolution, first generation offset printing. This is a true two-color design (no add-on color heads here) which allows for long-run, two-color work and pleasing four-color (via two passes) while dry trapping inks. Separate printing blankets keep the operator away from the ink migration issues normally associated with single- blanket two-color presses.

Designed to provide fully automatic, super high speed, dry-to-dry, protective lamination for Digital and Photographic images, the ACCU-CURE 72X UV handles image from 5 x 7 to 72 x 96 inches.The unit features variable production speed from 20-90 feet per minute, and reversible action. An innovative “Ultra Violet Dryer” assures high speed curing, resulting in a unblemished, luxuries finish in Gloss or Luster.

MultiCam’s 3000 Series CNC routers are loaded with standard features normally associated with more expensive machines. Rigid all-steel plate frame construction and the all-steel, moving-gantry design allows machining of large parts while maintaining a small, space-saving footprint.
