On the last Wednesday of the month, at Graphics House celebrates Birthdays with a Luncheon. These luncheons are composed of all our employees from the three (3) manufacturing facilities.


The employees have formed small teams that each month are responsible to decide the menu and make all the arrangements for the menu; from food selections and preparation. The employees have a limited amount of monies to spend. Menus have varied from steak dinners to pizza, chili, pulled pork sandwiches to cold cuts.

During these luncheons, first all those with birthday’s during that month are wished Happy Birthday; followed by “business” meetings from the management to help keep all the employees informed of the latest happenings at Graphics House, this may announcing new equipment being added to help production; to accounting status; motivational; and department reports. During this time also, suggestions, questions are presented.

Recently attendance program have been installed with monthly rewards going to those with excellent attendance. Also, monthly rewards are given to the employee of the month which is voted on by fellow employees.
